1. Services

Lavina Atelier ("we") offers professional hairstyling, braiding and protective styling services in South Florida, including online bookings through this website. By booking an appointment, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. You can manage, reschedule or cancel your appointment using the management link in your confirmation. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

3. Appointment preparation

Arrive with clean, fully dried and detangled hair, free of product buildup. Lavina Atelier does not currently offer wash services. Extremely tangled hair may incur a $15+ fee or require cancellation if sufficient time is unavailable.

4. Payments

This booking experience does not collect online payments. Any amount due and accepted payment method will be confirmed directly by Lavina Atelier.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep availability up to date. Lavina Atelier is not responsible for interruptions in third-party technology or booking services.
